It was very sad to see the closure of the village WI group after many years contributing to village life. However there seemed a need for a group to give the ladies in the village an opportunity to continue to meet socially. "Foxy Ladies" started towards the end of covid restrictions and now has 24 members who have joined the group.

We enjoy having the company of each other, sharing skills and partaking in fun activities. We have visiting speakers, planned outings, such as trips to theatres, cinemas, shopping, museums, gardens and places of interest.  There are no age barriers and no strict formalities, just having some fun. Meetings take place on the third Monday of the month in the Village Hall. You would be very welcome to join us. For further details call Lesley, Barbara or Ann.
